Horrible - DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Like I saw in other reviews (too late) it is horrible. The customer support is useless. They charge you flexible, but literally everything cost money. For the basic price they just give you a number without credits to use. Competitors are WAY better. They said they would block my account for not providing all information (that is in their right) but they kept charging. Of course they do not refund. Such a medioker company.
And please do not hesitate to call me or message me. I do not want anything for you guys.

TOTAL SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I reached out on a Thursday requesting information about their plans. I tried to schedule a demo on the website, but there are no demos available. The phone number on their website does not work, so after sending them several emails and chatting with their automated AI chat box, I finally got a response back the following Tuesday… pretty lousy communication skills for not just any business, but a COMMUNICATION TECH COMPANY. They are based in India, so it is very hard to get in touch with them if you are in other time zones. After asking them about their call tracking feature which they advertise online as costing $30 for 10 phone numbers so that I can track which Marketing initiatives are producing leads, they tell me that my business is in ineligible and send me the eligibility criteria. I respond explaining that I think they have the wrong user, as my company fulfills all their bogus requirements. They responded with copy pasted messages that they are sorry they can help because of the ineligibility and now have stopped responding. CLEARLY THEY OFFER SERVICES THEY DO NOT PROVIDE, AND AS IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHER REVIEWS, PROVIDE BAD SERVICE AND ARE UNRESPONSIVE.

Legit the same app as DialerHQ. Unable to get a 2nd international number as stated. Waste of time

Horrible trying to set up. Tried to upload and contacts and had to go back and forth with support in attempt to use dialer, and never able do so. And then borderline harrassed with their infamous “5-email count down”. Then, a person name “Vashali Pandita” would Not stop emailing and essentially refused to Not charged my credit, after my refusing the trial service, and all together. I had to block them from keep sending emails. I highly-recommend in continuing your search elsewhere for your dialer needs, stay away from this app developer all together. Good luck!
No always reliable
We primarily use the phone app and not the desktop version for our business. Have been using for a couple of years. Some days it works fine, other day the phone doesn’t ring and send people straight to voicemail. Wish text messages accepted photos, as customers try to text us images to help with their issues. Wish they would invest more time into improving the IOS app so we could feel more confident using it.

The worst - DONT SIGN UP

I paid for the service for my business.
1. Paid early July barely used it because I was waiting for my number to transfer over.
2. Finally transferred over then my number didn’t work.
3. Needed 24 hours before I could use - mind you this is 2 weeks after I paid.
4. Gave them 4 days to take care of it! Went to sign into my account and I was blocked out and they told me they needed more time.
I took all the steps they told me to take - I waited like they asked. Now I can’t contact anyone to get a full refund for a service that they weren’t even able to help me with. Chat only says “sorry that’s a different department” “I understand your frustration but I’m afraid you will need to wait” ridiculous.
Deceptive and horrible customer service
Deceptive plans, credits, and pricing. Wanted a single line, ended up being charged for two users. When contacting support, I was told sorry for your bad luck and they wouldn’t cancel and refund. Buyer beware with this company.
