Very useful and easy to use, love the new look and feel.
I’ve been using this App for work to separate my business communication from my personal ones. It has been great, reliable and super easy to use. I love the e new look
The app requires significant updates. If companies are investing in this app, they should consider switching to a different one. It crashes during incoming or outgoing calls. It should be able to handle this basic function.
This communication app is used by a company I work at as our main phone system. Completely reliant on consistency and reliability in order for us to call and receive calls with our employees and customers. I am no longer able to receive all my calls, most calls go straight to voicemail. When I place calls, receivers on the other cannot hear me or there is so much disturbance in the quality that I can’t get through to connect a call.
Had to remove and reinstall app after the entire company directory magically disappeared with no way to transfer the customer. Reinstalled only to now not be able to log back in with proper credentials 👎🏼
The app just refuses to notify me when I get calls anymore. Their product support says they’re are working on it but this seems like a long ongoing issue.
Worst app ever. If you’re looking for a reliable app for your company’s phone system with equally reliable and knowledgeable support, definitely look away from this one.
I try to co conn ext from my computer. It won’t transfer to my phone. I reset and reinstall the app and it works for 2 or 3 calls then I have to reset or reinstall again. A real pain
It is saying I have exceeded my limit device and won’t let me login in with my work login. Which makes no sense since I always log out when I’m not using it cause I’m not working at the time.
