I canceled this app and told Apple that it does not work as it says it does and Apple confirmed today that the subscription was canceled in March, yet they have charged me from March 4, 2024 to present without my authorization!!!!! They do not even deserve a 1 star. Thieves!!!!! I’m calling my bank tomorrow and disputing these unauthorized charges. Do not get into the mess I am in right now. A V O I D T H I S A P P!!!!!!!!!!

Imagin you have to pay double price and merge all of your calls separately, and you who’s know about situations you need to record a call. and after all I try to cancel my purchase of 50 dollar and they don’t return any money.

I tested the app before I actually needed it for my job. The app worked the first time for my trial run, but I am unable to download a very, very important call and am unable to make contact with this company.

Why can't I download this app without having a credit/debit card on file? I had a subscription with my other phone but because I have a new phone I cannot even download it without using a card. Can someone help me with this please

Doesn’t actually make the call, and the screenshots on the App Store page are of a different app.
