Call is a great concept but the randomness of the delivery times and communication levels is so frustrating! Just threw out another 500 SAR of meals because they delivered after we went to bed. Do better Calo!

Why there is no transparency, we couldn’t see other people comments or reviews on social media
This is suspicious
Very disappointed
The waiting list is very long my number was 500 on the waiting list and after a month still the same number !!! the customer service on the app need more training in communication as they have no communication skills at all . One of them was unprofessional in answering my Enquiries!!!

كمية البروتين ابدا ابدا مو صحيحه، حاولت اتواصل مع الدعم الفني للاسف المشكله ما انحلت
اسلوب جيد والباقي للاسف
تعامل الموظفين لطيف لكن جودة الاكل اقل من متوسطه ، والتطبيق ثقيل خصوصا اذا بتفتحه

اتوقع الاكل ياخذونه من بقايا المطاعم والعزايم لاني مرة طلبت لحم ورز وكانت ريحتة عطر يعني انا اكلت من بقايا يد طعس في زواج 🤢
