Not only is Cronometer accurate, it makes me accountable! I love how many Australian foods (and their barcodes) are accessible as well as the fresh food information availability.
This is by far and away the best tracking app. So many features even on the basic but Gold is outstanding. So accurate. I love I can track all the micronutrients not just the macros and apply biofeedback.
I'm a bit annoyed with manually adding most foods I scan that are common and from the supermarket. Taking the photos seems to work okay most of the time but I've had to manually edit a couple times. Really just want to scan and go.
I’ve been trying a number of calorie tracking apps, Yazio, myfitnesspal, etc.. and this one literally doesn’t let me use the “hide my email” feature of iCloud+. I’m pretty big on privacy & security and not letting companies sell my personal information, so this is a no no for me. For some people this might be okay and seem like a small thing, but when there are several other options out there, that let me use my privacy features.. it’s easier to just use those apps. Signing up for the app shouldn’t be this difficult.
Easy to use, lots of foods and super simple to add new ones. My fav tracker for sure!
Very useful diary and nutrition tool , but a big bug bear is that you can’t just start typing in the data entry box - you need to go to the spot first and then type - for such a great app this is an annoying feature.
This app was suggested by the author of the Galveston Diet and I am really impressed by how easy it is to use and the huge database of foods for recording food intake. I am losing weight whilst learning about the macro and micronutrients in the food I eat.
Fantastic app that really lets you see your daily nutrition. Easy to use, with fantastic bar code scanner… counting your daily calorie intake has never been easier. This apps syncs seamlessly with my apple watch and tracks my fitness output vs calorie intake. This brilliant app also works out your macros. I can honestly say this app is getting me healthy by showing me what’s really going into my body. Thank you :)
Food finder is a mess compared to MFP and it takes incredibly long to open the app. Not very intuitive, doesn’t show total combined calories by meal which is annoying. Pretty mediocre
