Firstly - the goal weight category starts at 36kg which is extremely unhealthy. Secondly - I had to set aside time to fill out a frankly pointless questionnaire only to be told I get a measly 3 DAY trial and then need to pay. I am not paying for an app that I know literally nothing about.

I’ve never used a app that could help Me out with gaining healthy weight. So I am a little unsure about if this is gonna work!? But I’ll definitely double back and update My progress. So with that being said,🫡!

I have been trying to find out how to turn off the auto-pay feature as I do not want to continue paying for this subpar service. I cannot find out how to cancel it, and will have to end up going to my bank to just block the transactions. Would not recommend

The barcode scanner barely has any items in it’s catalog. You have to pretty much manually enter all of your food. Other apps are better in terms of ease of logging

This app doesn’t allow you to enter manually nutrition facts. If the scanner doesn’t recognise the product ( which is almost everything) then you are forced to use what they have already programmed. I wouldn’t recommend this app to users who want to accurately track their calorie intake along with specific measurements of individual nutritional stats. All in all it’s difficult to be accurate with what you are eating and eventually just stop using the app for its difficulty of use.

When I first looked at this app it said free meal plan without signing up. I went against my better sense and signed up to see what it was about. The meal plan that it offers things you chose not to include. Doesn’t give you an option of switching. Unable to cancel or even contact anyone within the app. This app makes you do all the work anyways such as logging. Doesn’t make sense to pay for something that doesn’t help you at all. Still trying to figure out how to cancel.

Your recipes section doesn’t work and gives a not connected to internet which is not true. Useless!!

The majority of the food i attempted to enter were not in the system. I requested refund after only 2 hours of trying to use it with no success and nothing.

It’s very voiceover compatible, but there’s one big problem. I want to use the app, but I don’t have the money either to pay for a subscription so if you would please give me access to the free version of it without the trial please do that.

Please make it easier to use. I love the program except there is no way that I can find to erase something that is added by mistake
