Added ocbc credit card and posb debit card but both failed to make payment. Petrol station counter can uses both cards to pay. Didn’t get to enjoy their discounts

It’s easy to use. However, the promised evoucher disappeared when logging in again for payment after timeout.

When I login with Facebook, it says “ App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” When I try to login with email or register, it says I already have account or just doesn’t allow me to login. I reset my password also no use.

I tried to make payment via CaltexGo mobile apps but it kept displaying no station available although the Location for the apps setting is On. Staff at the petrol kiosk is also unable to resolve this issue 🫣. I am using IOS phone.
