App is so spotty. It sometimes works, but then for the most part, it doesn’t. I input the same info over and over again and it says input files invalid. By chance if it it works again, I’m just going to take a snapshot of it and use it.

I’m deleting this app since I can’t even use it to show my card in the app for lifestyle discounts. Needs to be updated.

Great benefits! Love lifestyles! But the app is not smooth. It’s convenient to have the app to pull up your lifestyles card, but this takes 3 minutes to load. The other part is when the pop up ads from Hard Rock Cafe come up the app freezes and I am unable to close the Hard Rock ad. Yes, I see the “X” at the top left. It just doesn’t work. I close the app and restart, but the same problem happens. I would appreciate if you can look into this! Thanks!

App won’t display my card nor details of any restaurant I click on. Shell gas station says it requires a physical card to be presented in order to get points.

Hafa Adai! For some reason the app disconnected me, and now I am unable to log back in. Am I the only one dealing with this problem?

Installed the app and completed required info. Clicked SHOW CARD and it displays the card that expired in 2003! Called the insurance company and was told to fill out the info again ... no success. Disappointed that I am not able to utilize the card.

I love all the advantages of using this card! Either from a restaurant, or leisure, etc. even my children take full advantage of it when they go out to different places listed as places accepted.

Having the app on hand is a much more convenient option than calling/emailing to see what discounts and deals are available since it frequently changes. Also, it’s nice not to worry about forgetting the physical card elsewhere.

The app takes waaaay too long to open. Even with a reliable wifi connection
