Bought ICloud storage and it does not save videos

Installation was easy and it works great! I use this to observe our hedgehog houses in our garden. The motion sensor and microphone work very well and the image quality is also super. You can also turn on a light at night to get a color image, a nice bonus. In combination with the cloud, it’s a great product. I bought one and then three more for inside the house. I also have eufy cameras but this camera is just as great (if you can connect the camera to the power source) for way leas money. Highly recommend!

Failed enable voice monitiring after the latest update of last week? Why?

I made the payment to use cloud stored I can’t see the recording and I can’t download . The app doesn’t work.

The video on this is decent, but the playback audio is trash. You can barely hear it. It doesn’t link to Bluetooth speakers on your TV so you can turn it up to hear anything. The app you can’t do anything you can’t reset it you can’t fix it and malfunctions all the time and doesn’t wanna connect and connect. Doesn’t want to connect and connect. I mainly use it to watch the dog sitter and the kids and the audio is such garbage. Do not get it.

App has no notification settings for motion or sound detection. The app doesn’t record 24/7 when selected. Needs redesigned

I cannot connect to my devices , they worked for a year , now they won’t connect, I have done everything, deleted app and reinstalled, reconnected cameras , the camera says cameras are Online , when I try to connect it does not after many attempts
