I am a season pass holder, first time using amazon pay. I got french fries and a fountain drink, and it was $20, i don’t know how they got this price but paying an extra $5 for i don’t even know it ridiculous. I should’ve got a discount not an upcharge.
No place to login
When I booked online I created a username and password. There is no place on the website to log in. I was advised to download the app to log in. I downloaded the app and it too has no place for you to log in. I want to log in, see my reservation and view the passes/tickets I purchased. Otherwise, what’s the point of asking me to create an account??
Missed opportunity
It’s clear Camelback has automated a lot of the transactions to eliminate staff but the technology is substandard and exceedingly frustrating. You can buy your tickets and rental online but you have to redeem it for an RFID ticket which is fine when the machines work. The app becomes a weak link and provides little advantage to the user.
useless. don’t get it
what is the point of downloading this app JUST FOR IT TO TAKE YOU TO A BROWSER!! u might as well just go to a browser then wasting your time downloading this. ITS COMPLETE FOOLISH AND A WASTE OF TIME
Hot garbage
Hot garbage
What’s the point?
Thought I could download the app and have access to my tickets. But the app only has the most basic information. Everything has to be done on the web page. This app will be deleted.
Hard to find information
While the app is responsive most of the content is not in app and redirects to their browser which then requires further navigation to find what you’re looking for.
For example, took me 10 minutes to find the ski mountain report or trail map which redirects. That info is in app standard for most ski resort apps.
The app is more of a sales/marketing tool to promote their services and lacks actionable utilities that answer questions outside of how to make a purchase of one of their services or products.
Amazing
This is a five star hotel and is highly recommended especially buy me. The skiing is very hi quality and the conditions are amazing. The water park is also very clean safe as well as the rooms.
Kinda pointless
In theory its very convenient but whats the whole point of the app if everytime you want to book something it just makes you open google,,, so whats the point of the app if you want to use it, it just makes you use the browser? If you could actually book and manage in the app without it taking you to google. Also a night their for a suit costs more than a 5 stat hotel, idk who would spend that.
