I can’t get my camera connected to my phone
Not a Happy Camper!
I didn’t install this app on my phone. Someone installed this app on my phone and I don’t know who it is and now I can’t uninstall it. This is highly upsetting can anyone from the company step in to help?

Wyze
Could not get it to connect right out of the box troubleshot for four or five times finally I emailed for help. I have not heard anything from them yet so I am sitting on a useless boat anchor for now.
Did not want this App!
I tried to search for the Aura App for my new Aura Frame. This App came up first and in my excitement, I didn’t notice that it was the wrong App. I begrudgingly agreed to the $49.99 charge, and quickly found that it was the incorrect App. Apple says this App is “not eligible for refund”. My son called me stupid; I guess that’s what you all are hoping for. Finding people who you think are stupid. Cancel this subscription and please refund my money?
Can’t set it up
I went to tutorials on energizer website step-by-step. The third step would not even look similar to the tutorial. Nothing in the instructions gets past the first two steps for me to set up the camera so disappointed.
