Camp Bow Wow

This app has been slow to catch up. It lags between camera switches and requires extra unnecessary steps to do so. The app dos not have a ZOOM function. It is difficult to see if you are looking at the right dog. Please let us zoom! This is such an easy software adjustment/fix. They have however Finally caught up with showing customer pckgs and how many days are used. I value the use of cameras yet i am of the opinion that these cameras should function better

Can’t setup appointments on the app anymore and it’s been frustrating for more than two weeks. The cameras don’t work much anymore. I use apps for convenience but they need to work.

Video feed not valid. Video feed not valid. I love clicking through multiple feeds until they finally start loading so I can see my pup at day care. It shouldn't be that complicated. The app is okay otherwise, but the most common function is the most broken.

Talking specifically about the video feeds, these clearly were not intended for mobile. Heck, even the terms of service is a multipage PDF. the most elementary designers know you can’t read something like that on a phone. And there is no option to download it so you can actually read them. Thankfully I didn’t pay for this.

Since the app was redone, the video feed almost always says “video feed invalid” and I don’t know why. Useless!

Seems to be a little better than last version - but receive errors during video playing.

As of the latest update, you can no longer listen to audio from another app while watching the camper cam. CBW app interrupts audio, and totally freezes when switched away to restart audio. For me, this is a full stop bug making this app extremely not useful.

The app on iPad use to be great. I could view a much lager screen on landscape to watch my dog. Now it is the same size as portrait on my cell phone. Even with widening the screen. Often when I choose a play area, it will stay on luxury suite and not load to the area I want. Please fix this!

I absolutely hate how tiny they made the text on the app. Also, the video used to be full screen size, now it isn’t. Sometimes it hard to see your pet. You cannot zoom in either. I do like the ease of bookings now on the app. That is an improvement.
