CampusUSA Card Control

Every time I open the app it says update to newest version to avoid loss of functionality. Where is the update?

I been trying for days to retrieve my account and it not about to locate.

Everytime I try opening the app, the Campus USA logo is zoomed in and then it gets stuck in a loading screen or a message that says, “Error. It looks like there is an issue on our end.”

Quit working a couple of days ago

Changed my password and went to type In new one and now can’t access app tells me to call a number and every time I call I’m on hold for 30 min just to be told I’m in the wrong department and sent to another hold line went through 3 different customers service helpers and two didn’t even know about the app I was referring to

Needs to be made part of the CampusUSA app. You are adding inconvenience by forcing your customers to download and use two different applications.

App runs fine but... Still no Touch ID 🤷‍♂️

This is a good app. It kind of makes their original app look useless. I feel like mimicking features on their original app like Face/Touch ID login or even a way to look at your balance quickly, but also aesthetically.
