Fonctionne mal sur Apple TV ou iPad
Je me suis abonné à TV+ mais écran noir sur Apple TV et Ipad pour les directs. Ne fonctionne correctement que sur iPhone ! J’ai donc résilier mon abonnement….

Le téléchargements fonctionnent mal
Les téléchargements sautent très régulièrement en l’espace de quelques heure C’est insupportable, on arrive dans le train en s’imaginant qu’on va regarder sa série, total : plus rien. Et ensuite, impossible de télécharger l’épisode par manque de réseau.
Montant prélevé mais pas accès aux services
Bonjour Je viens de souscrire à un abonnement mais à peine abonnée je me rends compte que l’abonnement n’a pas été pris en compte. J’ai appelé le service client qui me confirme qu’il n’y a pas d’abonnement sur mon profil alors que j’ai une facture à l’appui, étant passé par mon compte iTunes. Et aucune solution ne m’est proposée, merci pour la compétence du service client. Alors j’ai immédiatement réalisé! En attendant le 1er mois est payé et je n’ai pas accès aux chaînes! Merci de me revenir à ce sujet!
Aucune chaîne accessible
Bonjour Je vis à luxembourg. J’ai souscrit a l’abonnement sport à 39,99€ via Apple store en Janvier 2020 (il y’a 10jours). J’ai été prélevé de cette somme: aucune chaîne ne fonctionne à ce moment. Pas d’accès aux chaînes. J’essaye de contacter un service client: aucune chance! Je demande que vous contactez directement, vu que le prélèvement a été réalisé je demande un remboursement total. J’ai résilié Merci de votre retour

N'ayant plus Canal au Luxembourg , je suis ravie d'avoir l'appli pour suivre les émissions sur Canal, guignols , Grand et Petit Journal surtout.
Trop de déconnection entre App et décodeur C+
Bonne application, très ludique et facile a utiliser. Seul bémol, je ne sais pas pourquoi mais il y a une déconnection entre l'appli et le décodeur C+, au moins 2/3 fois par jour.Je ne sais pas pourquoi?!
