قمت بطلب أربع كنادير منهم، وكلها بمقاسات غير المقاسات المتفق عليها، تواصلت معهم عدة مرات عبر الواتساب دون رد منهم. لا أنصح أي أحد بالتعامل معهم بتاتاً. I ordered four kandora from them, all kandora sizes other than the agreed-upon sizes. I contacted them several times via WhatsApp without a response from them. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all.
I received the kandora with many mistakes. I could not find a way to communicate with the customer service to explain the situation. Seems like no one reads the notes or special requests when they receive the orders.
Bad measurements from the in-app AI and also stitching is not good quality. Buttons are too tight and extremely difficult to open and close. This is more for tourists etc who just want a “costume” kandora.

They have tailored wrong specifications for my kandoora. I tried to contact support but they don’t answer the chat and they don’t have number to call.
I try to contact some one with the live chat or call and they keep we will get back to you and no one do that not recommended to try it next time and the order is short too
