If it’s not working on iPhone why is still in App Store?

This App is absolutely useless - tells you to start again even though you signed-up and logged-in.

Simply does not work. Too many hours wasted trying to get this BS app to work. I’ll never buy Candy ever again.

This app does not work on any iPhones. The app is available but you get the enable nfc on your device. iPhones have this and still the app won’t work, don’t waste your time downloading this useless app. They are still selling equipment with the smart touch feature too which is a joke, they need to tell users it won’t work with iPhones.

The most useless app. I downloaded it to use with my dryer and all it does it show my dryer’s serial number. It provides a link to the website and that’s it. There is no using the dryer from the app. Completely and totally useless!

Asks lots of unnecessary questions and requests information not needed. Doesn’t work - contacted support by e-mail….no response. The website does not even have instructions in Product Information for uploading a tumbler dryer. Wasted 40 minutes trying to figure it out - worthless.

This app does not work. I have hovered over the one touch sign, followed the link for the candy Simply Fi app, added in my tumble dryer but no options or downloadable cycles appear. It just literally shows I have a dryer. I knew that already.
