I downloaded a Canon camera book at least two years ago and everything worked fine. I really liked it. Now it doesn’t work at all. Please fix this so I can utilize it again. Thanks

Disappeared
I purchased the canon 70d app a while ago. Now it has disappeared only a gray background when I open it. All the page book marks appear on the bottom but no text.
Failed to give me my purchase!
Download for my Canon 1D Mk IV won't execute. Took my money. March 23, 2021.

Seriously what is the point of charging your customers for a pdf of the Manuel that came with my camera and I can download for free from your wedsite?
Don’t waste your money
It would be a lot easier to open up Safari and google your specific products manual. I honestly thought I had a cool app that had an awesome database with ads. Which in turn would charge me like $5 to remove ads. However what you actually get is a service charge if $2.99 per manual. Please don’t be fooled you can find any products manual online.
Doesn’t work anymore
This app used to handy if you didn’t want to pack multiple manuals in your kit. However for the last few months I haven’t been able to view the files I purchased.
