It has some valuable classes especially for people like me, a FTM doesn’t know where to start. The classes for mitigate anxiety level are super helpful.

Really helpful to reframe those toxic thoughts you have when you’re in the midst of the postpartum hormone fluctuations and sleep deprivation. Didn’t find all the sessions super useful but it was overall a great resource!

I was recommended this app through the Breast pump company I went through and it has been amazing. There’s so many different areas that you could focus on during pregnancy and it really helps you center yourself when you need to, but also gives you great information so that you walk into certain situations, more educated, and therefore more confident.

Pregnancy can be hard, physically and emotionally. Things I haven’t thought about in a while or even years came up and it would get me down sometimes. I appreciated having this resource. It helped me process emotions and get back to feeling like myself again. It was easy to use and you can spend as much or as little time as you can afford any given day. I would recommend to friends and family. The more you use it the better, obviously. Wishing you the best! 💕

Pretty good app to use while pregnant, only issue is that the content won’t continue playing if you’re not in the app. Otherwise loved it!

I got access for free through a breastfeeding class. I did all the lessons and they were helpful! They’re pretty quick but informative and they give great practical advice. I don’t know that I would’ve paid full price for this when you can honestly look up a lot of these tips online for free. I also can’t say I used it to its full extent so maybe I missed out on some key features. But for free access, I thought it was helpful!

I am a new mom with a baby in the NICU and this app has been very helpful while I have been navigating so much mentally and physically. I appreciate the NICU specific information. There is not a lot out there like this for NICU moms and parents.

I’m only Halfway through the program but so far it’s been very helpful! It’s very short audio that I listen to when I’m driving and it really does help. They focus on changing the pattern of how you view situations and recognizing bad thoughts before they become a problem. I’d recommended for sure!!
