Major technical issues with an app

I have been their fan for years and eventually ended up using their Pro features as well. Their app though definitely has not been tested and many times a lot of my creations do not export. I need to log in via browser and download my content from there. App keeps loading and loading the creation but never downloads it. Please hire some web development testers, who actually test out products. There are loads of paying customers who do not appreciate this extremely bad user experience.

It was difficult in the beginning and I did quit. Then I needed to use it for my homework cause my mentor asked me. I had to give it a second chance. And then.. I started loving it. I discover new things day by day. I improve every day and I love Canva & my relationship 💛

This app won’t work

Doesn’t work. Always sticking at blue lunch screen with logo. iPhone 15,iOS 17.4.1

Seriously???

The app version in my phone just drives me crazy. I cannot normally upload a photo. I have to do it lile 30 times. It literally take me 15 minutes to a task that should be done in a minute 😤😤 I just cannot 😓
