Disappointed that I Can’t reset password and there is no option from the website as well.

I got charged for a ticket that I did not buy myself. Apparently someone from the backend used my card info to make a purchase. I cannot delete my credit card info associate with my account. This is unacceptable

We love the affordability and the friendliness of the staff. It’s our go to family and dayhome theatre.

There is no way to change time or date after you purchase your tickets. If you make a mistake, you can’t go into the app and update/change your reservation.

Downloaded the app. Clicked to open and all I get is a black screen with a green circle spinning as though it’s trying to load something but it never gets beyond that.
