This is user friendly & I look at it way too often!

I have only one passcode for my iPhone and it keeps locked out and won’t let me open up to view my account. Subsequently , I request paper statements instead of online access.

The app only shows a % in the return section. There is no way to see how much money you have really earned or lost in dollars.

I should be able to type in the exact amount I want to contribute per paycheck to my retirement account without having to use an imprecise slide bar. Please fix it.

Disappointed that this app doesn’t work for those who have a Roth IRA. I don’t know why. I just want to make it more convenient to make a deposit on my cell phone instead of using my Desktop.

This is the app I have with my work 401k. It is very easy to use and very user friendly. The navigation is also really great. No complaints at all!!!!

Need extra money for groceries because prices are at a astronomically high price thanks to Biden/Harris and I lowered my contribution on the app 4 weeks ago and nothing ever changed.

Super easy to navigate!!

Couldn’t recognize my login info, even with my SS, date of birth, and last name. It locked me out of my account. This is a silly app made by silly people.

I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to check on my 401k please fix
