App says it’s still working on it. So I can’t upload the receipts now! Pls revert asap!

Please separate notification options for my ecapita vouchers and normal pre-loaded store vouchers. I wish to opt out of the latter, but I the only notifications to turn off will be the Vouchers, which will remove my notifications for ecapitaland vouchers as well. Why will I want to be notified of vouchers I didn’t even load on my own?

It's a waste of time to even use no matter how many recipes you scan take dam long than will get just $10 should shut down the app very horrible app

The app was good but the customer service was not. I received a $18 e capitalmall voucher with minimum spending. Then I was on holiday, and came back one day after my e voucher expired. I appealed to their customer service and they didn’t accept my appeal. Just a feedback, it is good to be a little more flexible sometimes, in terms of returns to customers ya.

ECapitaVoucher failed when I needed to make payment :( Had to use my own credit card to pay instead.

I don’t understand how we have to pay in round dollar values when using the CapitaStar vouchers. Surely cents are a thing? To have to pay the leftover cents separately in cash is just silly

As an elderly , I need apps that is very user friendly and capita star apps meet my needs .

Treats users like trash; putting out an appeal function which does not actually serve that purpose but to decline appeals in mere minutes with 0 consideration! They have recently limited all transaction, notification, activity history to 3 months without just cause so that users are unaware of their expenditure and points that had unknowingly expired! To summarize, CapitaStar just wants to cut down on users utilizing their hard earned points to offset mall spendings(in turn costs) by implementing scummy SOPs!

C’mon! Prices of items and services in the malls are already higher than the outside ones. I don’t like this way of making money (by rounding up) but surprisingly the app let them do that. One star!

I’ve been trying for days to login via app, mobile, PC and I just keep getting “invalid code” after keying in OTC no matter how many times I’ve tried resending. Called the hotline, they just took my contact no. and didn’t call back. Useless.
