Slow, unresponsive, inaccurate. I’ve had to dig in my pockets for change multiple times because the app took forever to pull up my ticket and I didn’t want to hold up the bus.

The consistency of the app is god awful. Somtimes, a bus will come 10+ minutes early, but on the app it still says it's "on schedule". You should not have to show up to a bus stop 15 minutes before the bus's supposed arrival time just because this god forsaken app can't update to real time. Also, sometimes buses will come that aren't even on the app. Make it better.

Always crashes on “next departure “ function. Has for years. Frequent crashes on other map functions as well.

I’ve been using CapMetro for the past couple of months. They suddenly stopped accepting my commuter card. The lady at customer support was really nice. But I’d appreciate some heads up or notice explaining this change.

Doesn’t update with the website. None of my tickets show up

I have been a capital Metro rider for years. I enjoyed the app up until this week. On Monday I updated my iPhone to the latest version and ever since then the app isn’t working properly! I have emailed Cap Metro and they don’t seem to be able to help me. Please fix this issue.

App crashes every time on my iPhone 13 when I try to look at the next departure at a stop.

capmetro is straight trash

The Transit app is far better, easier, more reliable, and useful. Even Apple Maps and Google Maps are much better. This app can be slow and annoying at times. Not intuitive.

I’m waiting for a train and the app won’t connect to the internet. My browser will though. Since I can’t buy a ticket I guess I’ll just take my chances.
