Dal 2013 felice utente di questa app. Passo ad iPhone SE con ios 13.6 e con la nuova release - non disattivo le AD a pagamento - mi sembra tutto bene. Purtroppo oggi è impossibile aprire l’app: va continuamente in crash. Non si può lanciare. Se tolgo la sim si apre regolarmente ma come la reinserisco va in crash. Non mi è possibile fare il bkp degli ultimi dati. Okey: disinstallo e reinstallo l’app. DISASTRO: continua ad andate in crash pur senza aver caricato il backup ultimo. Aiutoooo sviluppatoriii, per favore.

App molto interessante e professionale. Uno dei difetti più evidenti, a mio avviso, è l’impossibilità di effettuare un backup su Dropbox. L’identificazione avviene con Face Id, (strano che disattivando il Face ID l’App si colleghi ugualmente a Dropbox senza chiedere il riconoscimento) poi cliccando su “Consenti” l’App ritorna alla homepage senza effettuare il backup. Nessuna possibilità di dialogo con lo sviluppatore, avvilente.

I think this must be an orphaned app. It used to work fine but now you cannot merge data between your phone and iPad. Worthless for me if that doesn’t work. *Update* They were both on the same wi-fi network and they did find each other and loose each other over and over again. When I did get them to connect to each other, I click “Start” but always get the Timeout error “No permission to merge within the allowed time”. I tried over and over again and finally gave up in frustration. Frankly, I don’t know why this app can’t keep all the data on all devices on the same account up to date automatically like most of my other apps I have on more than one device.

I’ve use this app for a couple of years, and with no bugs/issues. Data entry is fairly intuitive, and like the summary report with meds and conditions listed in the summary report. Also includes graph showing trends (e.g., A1C).

Just started using this app. Was very hopeful but disappointed in the basic FAQ and lack of support. No way to email developer or anyone in support. Online stuff is basic. App freezes and crashes, can’t edit an existing doctor, user interface isn’t logical. Could be great. Bummed.

Tried to follow your help instruction several times it does not work! Please check.

All in all, this is a great app in which to keep all my medical records. Yhe bad news id thst I ised to have EGD photos so I could compare on a triennial basis, but those pictures are no longer available. What happened to them???

I have used this app for a few years now and I have all of our family’s medical history in one spot. The are amazed how much information I readily have on hand. This is the best personal health record I found to date. Not thrilled with the ads popping up now and don’t plan on paying a recurring fee to get rid of them. I guess it is just business. I can live with them. Again, best app to record and track your family’s medical history. Would highly recommend it.

I used this app in its earlier incarnation, but after it ceased being supported, I moved on, so I was very happy to see it back when I rediscovered it a couple of months ago. I got it downloaded, and found I was unable to recover an old backup — but given the age of the backup, I couldn’t complain. However, in the last week, the app started crashing on startup, and I have not been able to get it working. I tried going to the posted support page only to discover the capzule.com domain is no longer responsive. Once again, it looks like they are just gone without warning. I’d have given this review zero stars if I could have.
