This app is a piece of trash. Don’t bother.
If you try to “contact the developer“ that link just gets you to a privacy page. What good is that? When I went to uninstall the app, I got a notification to remove payment. However, I could not find that I had paid for the app. So why would I get a notification to remove payment, if I had not paid for the app? There is a contact us button inside settings on the app. A MONTH AGO, I contacted them to find out about this Payment thing. Zero response. Total garbage. PLUS, this is one of those STUPID apps that has one name when you install it - “Car Key” - but a totally DIFFERENT name in AppStore - “Car Connect App - Sync Control”.
