Extremely frustrating. No back button so once you click to view a site you have to start a whole new search. No point in putting on dates as when you it shows sites with no availability, or it says from £24 but when you actually go to book and have to resubmit dates it is nearer £50…

Terrible app, not sure why people don’t put more thought into these things. Can’t even log in most of the time.

This app fails on every level - difficult/clumsy to find or do anything

App won’t work at all. Log in with correct email and password fails but works online. Sites ask for membership cards but these aren’t sent out anymore and the app doesn’t work to show current card. Please fix this problem.

I don’t think I’ve ever used this app and it hasn’t crashed. iPhone, iPad or PC, it is dreadful. The information is often contradictory e.g. some sites say that there IS a toilet block yet further down the information listing it says Number of Toilet Blocks - 0. The filter functionality appears to have no logic to it giving results which make no sense at all. There are so many ‘dead ends’ where you can only return to where you started by repeatedly using the browser ‘back’ button. This indicates a massive lack of effective software testing before implementation. The whole experience is incredibly disappointing giving the impression that the organisation doesn’t care about its credibility or it would not allow its developers to release such a poor system.

So i need to amend a booking, made over the phone. When reading the conformation it is incorrect. Please use the app to make adjustments. These adjustments are unsuccessful. So now i have to ring anyway.

Rubbish the worse app going should have saved your money

Having bought membership I thought it best to download the app. There was me thinking it would be easy! Can’t log in and cannot download my card. Some of the sites managers don’t understand this problem and are rude when you can’t produce your card. Yes, we now have had hard copies sent but seriously, get this sorted. It would seem I am not the only person. So frustrating that I cannot book camping because the app is useless!

For several weeks both the app and the website are showing all sites full for the whole year for all pitch types. The club is apparently aware and are ‘working on it’. Nothing appears to change despite this statement. I am unable to use it to check availability or book sites. Totally unfit for purpose

I’ve just joined the CC and downloaded the app eagerly looking to book some breaks. I typed in the exact name of the campsite I’d been recommended. Not one result was even close to being the site. The 113 results seemed to be a totally randomly selected list from around the country with absolutely no correlation to the words I typed. Believe the 1 star reviews (I didn’t), it’s a complete waste of time
