i placed an order from jasmis and 3 hours later it claimed that it was delivered. i did not get a call nor did i receive my order. when i asked about my food they said logistics would reach out to me but never did. customer service was disappointing and below average. i do not recommend this app.

I ordered twice. They are very late in approving the order and sending it to the restaurant for preparation. When you contact the restaurant, they tell you that the driver has not arrived and there is no contact number for the driver.

I ordered from Caravan and the order arrived in less than an hour.

The app doesn’t work

Seriously its bad I ordered from jasmis and i didn't get my order I try to call “ caravan “ They took my call after long time and they didn’t solve my problem I didn’t get my food and i didn't get my money back

The jasmis Arad they deliver wrong order i order one meal with fresh orange juice but they bring orange juice but not fresh
