Carbon Health - Medical Care

We did not receive our medical reports on email or app and we are asking for those, insisting and NOTHING! We are sick and you don’t answer the phones. We need to rebook our flights and without those we cannot! Maybe Carbon is ready to buy our flights and reimburse the 2 consultations?

No longer the case. You are coming on time, waiting for a long time, and they aren’t even apologizing for it.

Each time I try log in through the app, whether it be booking appts or creating an acct, it gets stuck on an endless loop and never lets me proceed. Also, when filling out a profile, the UI/X doesn’t have an enter or kill option on the digits keypad so you can’t see what your typing when you’ve entered a phone number nor can you back out of it. Maybe QA your app a little more thoroughly before release…

When I upload screenshots of past lab results for my doctor to see, the top and bottom of the photo are cut off so only the center of the image are included in the upload. Please adjust to include the whole photo. Thank you.

If I’m reviewing the app I’d call it a 3-star “meh” app. It works but it’s nothing special. If I’m reviewing Carbon as a whole I’m generally happy with them. I’ve been seen quickly and the waiting room at the clinic is spacious and clean enough that I don’t feel like I need a bleach bath when I leave. The MD and PA were pleasant and seem competent. Just hope you never have to deal with their incompetent billing & insurance department!

Waste of time don’t go there

The app send automatic messages that nobody ever replies. I had a virtual visit since automatic message asked me to book it and the doctor that I could find on their system just said I have abnormal test results so go see a gynecologist in the virtual visit. No details or whatever. Of course I knew I got abnormal test results as the lab sent me the results. The confusing 3 mins virtual visit cost me $150. Even though the app says No copay when booking. Never going back. I liked my primary doctor but I felt scammed by the system.

Carbon health - great idea, very rough around the edges in reality. I got charged twice for my copay and for a late fee even though I was on time. There are some app bugs also. Needs work!

Had a Sty needed attention so I booked an appointment got there and they already had my insurance info so I showed them my Cal ID however they wanted to make a copy for their records. I’ve been a victim before and did not want it in their system because Iof id theft and they are a third party. It took years to restore my credit as I told the clerk. They declined to see me because I wouldn’t let them copy my id. I went home and read the reviews and I will never go there again. Berkeley location 4/20/24 African American girl with a bad attitude. Asked for supervisor. She stated no one was available until Monday. There should always be a person in charge. Never Again!

App look great - can see past appointments , yadiya, but can’t access documents, and no way to contact support. Support page has info like “how to access billing” and @how to change pronouns” but no actual way to get assistance
