Card Scanner

I have been using this app with my Zoho CRM for years. It has been “ok” snd I’ve always had a Bluetooth keyboard for my iPhone. So making the corrections wasn’t so bad. Today, I received an error message “Zoho CRM:Failed” “Maximum allowed length for Designation is 100” My only option at this point was to Contact Admin (that’s me) or Contact Support OR remove this service for this contact to clear this error”. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, only to find that none of my contacts were there and that there was no option to sign into my Zoho account to reconnect it. I want to keep all my integrated apps in the Zoho universe, but this is pretty hard to take.

The app works great so far. Will contacts from card scanner transfer over to my iPad if I install this app on iPad ?

Phenomenal and super easy to use, it reads things wrong sometimes but it’s a massive time saver and makes my job a hell of a lot easier

Does a pretty good job of scanning and recognizing the names, addresses etc. Easy to edit - a real time saver when prospecting. And Siri and integration too.

I used this app only for 5 cards and I already love it. What was I doing before??? Works very well as long as the card is clear. You can tell which cards are effective it'll pick up anything. I had a hard time to read a card and it picked up nothing. So it only makes sense the software can't see it as much as I can't see it. (FYI in case anyone wonders I'm not old... Only 40). LOL

I use this app to update ZOHO and Google contacts. The time it saves me entering the information into Soho directly as minimal. The app hard closes multiple times after uploading the picture of a business card or screenshot of a contact from another app. The time I spend re-manually typing the information in field step were not scanned correctly. The first time, I’m better off to load the information direct into each app. This app has more bugs that need addressed immediately.

This has serious scanning problems. About one-third of cards scanned end up scanned upside down, even when the cards is right side up, and so the fields don’t automatically populate. When I try to cancel and rescan, it still scans upside down. Occasionally the app automatically flips the card right side up after a second or two, but the fields don’t populate. There is no ability to tell the app to flip the scan right side up and have it try again to populate the fields. This seems like an obvious feature, and a big miss. These are serious scanning errors. I can’t believe Zoho would release such a poor product that barely works. I’ve got to find something else that don’t drive me crazy.

I have used this app for about 3yrs intermittent ly now for none business purposes. Had very little problems with it that a phone reset didn't fix. So far I have scanned a few dozen business cards into my contacts on 2 different iPhones without problems, which says alot considering how Apple loves to interfere with things they can't directly OVER Profit from themselves! Hope you guys keep this FREE & SIMPLE so we can continue seeking you out. Thank You!

Zoho integration works I think like most things user error is the issue with most complaints. You need to customize your fields. Not just click click click

I recall changing which of my two Zoho CRM acts card scanner writes to, but now I cannot find any means to do so. I don’t work with the same two companies as I did several months ago. So any cards scanned now, still go into other account that I don’t use. Several emails to soho about this issue got me no response. There is no setting in mobile app to change Zoho CRM destination file, or to change from using one if my two email identities to the one relevant to my desired Zoho CRM Acct. I would give a 5 stars if this issue gets resolved. Support for card scanner seems missing.
