Have been using for many years to prepare presentations with complex storytelling (boards, program management reviews). The cards (future slides) can be drafted and rearranged to define the story before opening PowerPoint. Ink engine would benefit from some polishing, but the frictionless drafting and rearranging is very powerful.

When writing the letters do not come out fluid. It looks as if one were writing with a small tremor. I do not have this problem with any other app. The Eraser only comes in one size. This can not be changed. So erasing a single letter is also not possible. You end up erasing several things and having to redo it. Also, you can not change the spacing between sentences when using the text option. So, although you can increase the text it also increases the spacing. This leads to text outside of the notecard, essentially forcing a certain size despite the available card space. Indenting the entire text also not possible. Lastly, in subject you can create sets and organize them apart from each other. Let’s say you have a subject titled Food. And you have notecards in this ‘folder’ which you separate into categories. Well when you go to study them it reads them in the order created not the order you set. So I add a new card which I want to start a new set. Well this is tied to the first set you created and you need to go to original to add another. You can not add from the card you wanted to separate. If that makes sense. In short, for $15, it is not worth it in my opinion. You can set up just use a app like notability which is cheaper and has a lot more capabilities. Even another notecard app. This one sucks. I feel ripped off. I only bought it because I saw a article review for it that was real good ... I now think they were paid for the review.

It is perfect for my needs (medical student). You can add drawings and pictures and the best thing is that the cards can than be exported to Flash Cards.

Ok. I just paid 15 bucks because i really think it helps in my studies . But i think for this price it should be possible to import not only photos but also other documents, most important PDFs! Althoufh the link to the wesite is also pretty cool....

Card flow has been a game changer for me while working through larger volumes of study material. The process of extracting challenge and answer pairs in card form allows me to retire the study material more systematically and faster. Lovin it! As a new dream feature I would appreciate if cards could be opened for consumption on iPhone as well ... Thank you for your consideration.

Great tool with many applications!

Great app. I have been looking a long time for something like this. I bought it to create a storyboard for a movie project, but I now see that I’m going to be using it in many other ways. I was able to use it at once without consulting the manual, but it has a ton of useful features worth discovering. Worth the price. Well done.

Index cards are, in my opinion, the perfect note system for people. They are what I would consider RAM. Index cards hold bits of information that we gathered throughout the day. Index cards allow us to sort and we can arrange this data on a daily basis. The issue with most note taking apps lack the ability to quickly sort and rearrange notes. This app fixes it. It perfectly simulates having index cards. I love that allows the user to link cards together. And also organizes them with a few gestures. This is a wonderful addition to my work flow.

My first computer was an 80286 running MS DOS. My favorite program was called Card File. It was very similar to this one. This has everything needed to keep tabs on everything in your personal life.
