The service at the taff is dreadful on a Friday night. I understand it is cheap, however I waited over 40 minutes for a drink. This is disgraceful. I suggest you employ more staff that are well trained and that have a sense of urgency. I also suggest that you change the system in place. Rather than having table service and bar service i believe it would be more sensible, more efficient and less stressful if you had all your staff working behind the bar, this would free up more staff and increase the drink output. It would also stop people ordering drinks for there friends at the bar which reduces the time spent at the bar for each person, which makes up most of the time in terms of drink making.
