I recently tried out this mobile application and I must say, it's pretty cool! The design is very similar to Apple's and looks extremely native. I was also impressed with the abundance of useful information and how well everything is structured. However, there is one downside that triggers me every day. When I do my morning exercises or practice yoga, the app calls my workout "inefficient" and suggests to "increase the intensity." Personally, such messages are demotivating for me because they devalue the activity, even though not every workout has to be extremely intense. I would suggest something like this — “Great job! You’ve made a contribution to your health with this workout. By the way, if you're looking to build muscle or lose weight, it's important to increase the intensity and duration of your workouts.”

Después de más de un año que adquirí esta app, la app sigue sin estar en español, después de que el desarrollador dijera que estaba trabajando en ello.

Funciona perfectamente, prometo las 5 estrellas cuando tenga la opción de ponerla en español

Enhorabuena por la app. Sencilla, UI agradable aunque me duele ver lo de 1€ mensual (pago lo mismo por iCloud, lo siento...). Lo he empezado a utilizar hoy y parece que si hago 2 entrenamientos seguidos lo interpreta como si no estuviera sano, cuando realmente no tengo problema ninguno. Por lo demás, de nuevo, enhorabuena.

De compra a gratis y de gratis a pagar mensual mala idea no podemos pagar por todo con un solo pago estaría bien pero mensual no va

Pero tras la última actualización no hay forma de que se instale en Apple watch

It definitely needs more tip and information, like it says build fitness but doesn’t explain it, but it does amazing at tracking. If we can get explanations of what everything means, that would be great, I know it’d be a lot of work but this app doesn’t have a manual on the app or website so some terms google can’t even tell me about because it’s just within the app. Thank you so much! Love the app and I hope your app helps so many people! Subscribed to it for a year!
