Not connecting
Had this with my previous iPhone working. Changed iPhone to a newer one, and now the application doesn’t recognize my g9 set. Did a delete and re install, but still not connecting. G9 unit connects fine to iPhone, just now the smart set app. (Yes,I’m using the good smart set version)
App not supported on iPhone
Doesn’t connnect or iPhone Contacted Cardo to be told that it is not supported on iPhone! What a waste of time

Considering the price of the units. This app is garbage. Doesn’t work at all, not sure why it’s still on the App Store. Wish I had bought a different branded product.

This app is pure garbage. It never connects despite being paired with my phone. Absolutely useless!!!

iPhone 6 Plus, il ne reste pas brancher ensemble. J’ai fais la dernière mise à jour et toujours aussi mauvais. Allez-vous communiquer avec moi afin de m’aider? J’en doute.
