The trading system kills the game, and to get at least three to five competitive decks will take forever to trade the cards that you need. I’m moving on!
Fantastic concept and really addictive the only thing I don’t like is it is imitating pvp I locked my phone fell asleep and opened it this morning most of the time it’ll say disconnected or whatever but this time it just started playing the cards like normal caught you out guys does take a bit out of it im playing a computer I will give you the benefit of the doubt of saying most of the time other than that fantastic idea and well executed but if im playing a computer I want to know it because sometimes the computer gives itself a bit of an advantage it’s not totally fair like legitimately playing someone else this was a “Live” pvp event match too. So in short fantastic game just don’t tell me im playing people when im not if I didn’t discover this it would of been 5 starts no problem
Quite addictive!
When I first found this game, I was pondering whether to download it. When I eventually did, and opened up the game, I was put straight into A tutorial. Thought it A bit strange I couldn’t select an Archetype. But then I realised the game’s main goal: To teach, not to entertain. When you enter your card inventory, you can tap on A card to have A better look at its energy cost, power or effect, sure, but then you can tap on the card again, and it flips to show 1 or 2 facts about it (My personal favourite is with the Night Vision Goggles card, where it says, “Contrary to my absolute belief that it is using magic,”, which is just adding to the charm of the game. Speaking of charm: Profile Customisation. You start with A select few Avatar Icons, and can get more based on random chance through packets (Don’t worry, I’ll talk about monetisation soon.). These help you show your flair, but I personally find the basic selection to be limiting. Then again, this game caters to fans of many different areas of expertise, so I can’t speak for everyone on that front. You can also assign your favourite achievements and cards, too. Another charm-point for this game is their reliance on Memes. 1 of the Avatar Icons is that owl from that, “O Rly?” Meme, and the Shiba Inu card’s Did You Know section was filled with the, “Wow, Much, So,” Meme, and I absolutely adored it. Now, let’s talk about Monetisation. It’s no secret that companies are made to make money, but I feel like the developers handled it really well. The option to pay for more packs is there, but the game never pressures you unless that item is going to be removed from the marketplace, in which I’d say that’s fair, because you generally wouldn’t want to miss out on something if it is never gonna be done again, like A performer’s last concert. It does have advertisements, but I have only found them in having A second spin of A wheel, and, again, it doesn’t pressure you into doing so. On the subject of prize wheels, the packs of cards and the wheel doesn’t seem to be rigged to give you higher amounts of common cards. In most games, when things come to chance, I am always gonna be at the bottom of the barrel. With this game, though, the prizes feel genuine and left PURELY to chance. To make the topic of monetisation short, the game DOES have Monetisation, but it implements it fairly well. The game is fun for A card game, and I love opening another pack each day (You get daily rewards, and if you miss out on A day, it
I love this game as it has hundreds of well know items and even concepts to choose from. Although there are some things like - Auchwitz - Hitler - Diseases That aren’t in the game which I am disappointed by. All over it is an amazing game!
The games great! I’ve been playing it for about 3 years now and I’ve seen it evolving into the Titan it is today! Unfortunately, there are many issues with the gameplay and collecting aspect that should be fixed. A lot of limiting elements to. I like the game for the collecting aspect rather than VS’ing other players in battle. I wouldn’t mind an option that allowed you to change the tracks as there are older soundtracks from the game that are completely lost with no way of listing to them again.
I used to love the game until the nee trade meter ruined it for me. I cant help players struggling as Ive spent hundreds and hundreds on this game for gems to be able to get multiples of cards. Trade meter also doesnt take in to account the playability of cards, only based on number in circulation… Good thing is, im saving a lot of money now.
Don’t trade until you know the value of cards, but to do that you are pushed to interact with the socials. If you do this know that the most experienced do not have your best interest at heart, they will take your best cards and give you trash, or take high value for a single mediocre card of theirs. Your other option is to pay 2 compete (because let’s be honest, you won’t win). Pay pay pay. You have been warned.
Looks fun, but the text on the cards is too small.
