So force change to an app that sucks? What’s the security like then? Very unhappy coerced customer!!

Can’t add card to Apple wallet through the app to enter the sweepstakes

Asking for birth date in a format that is not accepted by the app, and every one is complaining about it but no fix or explanation from the app. Wast of time

Can’t even get passed the birth date part of the setup without an error

As other reviewers have said, I cannot move past the DOB page. Always get an error message.

Every time i go and check my email there is nothing from the app and no security token in there and i have tried changing my email and still nothing

Im in awe from how bad this is. The app does not show payments made, especially bill payments made from my credit union...It's been over 5 business days now! My credit score will go down because of these delays! Somebody must sue Collabria.

I signed up for CardWise as part of a promotion through my bank. Unlike other comments, the registration process worked for me. Simple and straightforward. The interface is simple and easy to understand. I like being able to set controls in the app (spending limits, transaction types). I mostly appreciate having an app to manage my credit card instead of having to log onto a website (downside of a credit union instead of a big bank, I guess)

Exactly as another reviewer said: it fails at the date of birth verification. Asks for email, then a security code, and then DoB. It requests it in YYYY-MM-DD format, and but does not accept it. I tried other formats, and no luck. I tried singing up on both the app and there website. On the website, CardWise doesn't even give you an error message. It just loads for a second and then stops and does nothing. What a fantastically bad process. Obviously whoever built this on-boarding system never tried it.

I’m unable to even sign up for this app. When it asks for my date of birth, I enter it in and it says “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Just in case I entered it wrong, I did try entering it a different way countless times.
