I downloaded video clips from the sd card normally a fews months ago. But now, they ask me need to subscribe if you want to download video clips from sd card! After subscribed cannot to download any thing, need to buy for monthly, year! Why? I download from sd card, not from your cloud service, i don’t like this products any more… Fix this problem immediately!
camera never sees wifi. setup does not let you enter a wifi name, password yes, but cannot select a wifi access point. it’s going back to seller.
Cam opens many ports in background to “phone” home (China) potentially can infect network. Use with caution!
The app worked but you have to already have an account. Do that when you first set up the camera and it’ll work fine. The instructions are in tiny letters so have a magnifying glass handy. The PC app works fine too. I am having a hard time getting it to connect to Blue Iris. I have no idea how to setup a user name and password for the camera so it won’t connect. Remember these are cheap junk Chinese cameras so you get what you paid for. Overall the camera does work fine as well as the pan and tilt. CF32-45X-XFL200+3

I cannot even give a one star rating. For me, it has been impossible to set this camera up. The directions are useless as is the AP tutorial. Very disappointed. A waste of money.
This app is useless. You try to sign up, it takes forever. Once you type your information and request a code to sign up, the code doesn’t come. If you select the option of forgot the password, they don't send a verification code. I wasted so much time. Very disappointed.
