it's beyond bothersome when I get notifications from the carecredit app message center and realizing those messages have zero to do with my account or account status. I could care less about getting my care credit message box stuffed with notifications about plastic surgery or about some myopia podcast. And yet, there is zero way to separate relevant account information and this spam. It makes me not want to use the app at all.

I call and waited 2 hrs on phone when i ask for a manager since no agent cant help me with my concern When the manager answer after 2 hrs wait, he just keep asking me do i have any questions and when i did not finish my question, he cut me off and said there is no option for that and again asking do i have any question with attitude Completely no help and rushed me off the phone.

First, I am grateful for them letting me have this- It truly has helped me over the years , take care of my dog. Having said that, I paid off this card in the beginning of this month. Before I paid it, through their site, I first change the bank account in the app, before I made the payment. They ignored the new bank account, and charged the old account, so, of course it didn't go through. So they charged me $30 for the mistake THEY made! Didn't even notify me. So I signed into the app, making sure the right account was there ( which it was) and tried again. The payment, of course, worked, but it didn't- they have received the funds, they are holding them back until the make sure they receive the funds. Normally, I could wait, however, my dog is dying. They are not giving me full credit. So I cannot have my furbaby euthanized. There's not enough credit there until they acknowledge that they have it, then acknowledged it again. So, because of a mistake THEY made, I have to see my faithful canine companion suffer, and die, on his own. A friend is stepping forward to help us. In any case, I will be giving up this card and closing my account.

It’s pretty simple to click on a few buttons find the place your trying to pay and use the card. Super helpful not to have to mess with other people’s websites and just use this app.

Easy to use, straightforward, really convenient. I’m able to easily see when and how much is due for my payment. I’m able to easily find places that accept Care Credit. It’s amazing!
