ملاحظتي بخصوص تجربتي مع التطبيق. لاحظت أن التطبيق ما يعطيني خيار تغيير السايق عند الحاجة، وهذا أحياناً يسبب لي إزعاج. و لما أطلب سياره كبيره بسعر أعلى، أحياناً توصلني سياره صغيره غير مناسبه لحاجتي. وبعد، لما أطلب سياره تكفي ٦ أشخاص مع الكشن الخلفي، للأسف توصلني سياره بحجم مختلف تماماً. أتمنى إضافة خيار للتواصل مع الشركه داخل التطبيق لتسهيل حل هذي المشاكل بشكل سريع.
The rate is always higher at the end of the ride, of course it’s more. I keep receiving promotional messages with codes to get supposedly a free ride, discount and so on. But when I try to use it, it says the code does not exist. When I opened the app after years it had outstanding balance I had to pay for the ride which I had never taken. The list goes long. I will delete the app for sure, writing to let others know. Don’t repeat my mistakes!

سيء وغير ملتزم باسعاره ولا ملتزم بسائقيه
I own some dumb random taxi money for a ride I didn’t ride ?! And I got canceled last night almost more then 10 times !! They accept and when I call them they be like oh no sorry oh no 30 mins to reach and they are pretty close to me or they would yell at me through the phone and hang up I stayed out last night till 12 midnight k got back home past midnight because I couldn’t find a taxi and nor could a “Kareem” taxi driver get me back home safe and sound not to mention I’m 16 and I have been calling and searching and all that from 10 o’clock . And I ended up leaving home with my mother I got scolded and grounded thanks a lot . And to add to it each time I accept a ride it ends up more then the amount I was planing to pay once we reach to out destination.

التطبيق يعطي تقريب سيء لمكان السائق وخدمة العملا يرفض ارجاع المبلغ رغم ان التطبيق غير قادر على ايجاد سائق
