It would be much better if we are able to view the notes made for the clients so we will be able to read the care done. Continuity of care is important. Hopefully, you will put it on your future upgrade.

Can’t view all my working hours

It is frustrating that we only have a daily or weekly view. The old 14 day view wasn’t even good enough really and now it has been removed. It would be ideal if we could either have a monthly view or simply just a list of all shifts allocated available at a glance.

Been using this through work for a while now. Main issue I have is that I can’t just view all of the shifts that are on rota ahead of time instead of just two weeks ahead. If all shifts that are on rota are available to view it’d be a much better app. Going date by date is frustrating and takes time to load so can be time consuming.

Hi developer, your app is so slow , it’s affecting my work. Sometimes l have to restart my phone all the time. You need to update it.

Worst app ever …. So hard to use. Absolutely kills your eyes . Currently this app would just be suitable to use on a bigger screen I.e an iPad.

Any possibility of a biometric log in which is quicker instead of passcode?

All clients personal information coming up on the first page. Can’t see all shifts together! By the way it’s private information! Please put back the time sheet like was before. Can’t use properly now!

App itself working nice but the only thing is instead of typing password can you add face id in it as well if possible please

Logs out to often so you have to put passcode in. Needs Touch ID to login.
