CARFAX Car Care

Started out as an annoying “bug“ that anytime I used the app, it would freeze my phone. Learned to live with it, as It only happened when switching between apps or trying to close this one. Today, tried getting into it to update fuel mileage, now there’s a popup survey that will not go away, making app literally unusable

I cannot add an Alberta plate no matter how many I try, I tried other places like Newfoundland and California (just to see if it actually worked) and they worked fine. Please fix

I'm using thus app over a year now, it is user friendly but full of bugs, has too many incorrect numbers like fuel efficiency, or oil change reminder. Really disappointing specialy from big name of Carfax

Been using this app for quite some time and it kicked me out and no matter what you do to sign in it will not sign in with Google, which is really annoying because I have all my car info in it

Just performed a required update and am getting many error windows now. “Whoops! Parameter specified as non-null is null:… . . .“ Try again or Get Help are offered but of no use.

although i will continue to use the app, it is extremely buggy and always freezes my phone.

In Canada, it is customary to have 2 sets of tires. Winter tires and all season tires. The app doesn’t allow you to track both sets or when you should swap them.

This is the second time in 3 years that Carfax Car Care has lost all my vehicle maintenance data. Last time I had to input it all again. This time I’m done with this app and moving on. Don’t waste your time!

Please fix the mileage calculation asap.

Every time I open the app my Iphone freezes up, similar to when your phone dies at 1%. Super buggy, and wonder what it does to my phone
