CARGURU - Car sharing

I had to register 2 times, in addition send all the documents by email, and finally it still did not work. The manager did not pick up the phone in 3 of the 8 calls I made. Finally I received a call asking me to re-register 3rd time. I just stopped trying.

Honestly, throughout the years living in Riga I’ve been in situations when I rapidly need to get to destination, but have no time to wait for taxi. Carguru is the perfect solution, as they’re offering best prices in town along with the cleanest and freshest vehicles (tried all other competitor apps), also they have the best support system. Highly recommend to anyone who’s valuing their time and comfort

Hidden charges

App doesnt work, cant get any car, customer support not working as well. Worst car sharing app there is…

Prices could be better…

Can’t imagine more complicated, bugged and user unfriendly car sharing app, than this one.

Ja Tev rodas problēma ar šo kantori - netērē savu laiku to risinot, pārej vienkārši uz Bolt - ātrāk, efektīvāk, draudzīgāk, saprotošāk. Briesmīgs klientu serviss, bez vēlmes palīdzēt un atrisināt klientu problēmas. Aplikācija nelietojama bezizejas situācijā - aplikācijas neefektivitātes rezultātā.

Good job with the vallet mode, now the Tesla is basically not even able to connect to Bluetooth or anything else.
