Hacen meses no me deja comprar las taquillas, no se actualizan a las películas que estan disponibles y tampoco puedo darle update

Terrible user experience

Feels outdated to use. Not very user friendly. Cant set favorite cinema. No apple pay for easier express checkout. Rather not even buy a ticket if its going to be this hard.

Antes funcionaba bien y ahora se tranca es un problema a la hora de comprar artículos!

Para nada sirve

Antes al menos te permitía desde el iPhone ver las carteleras por el app. Ahora ni eso, mientras más tecnología menos innovación

Vergüenza ajena

Esta aplicación parece que lo hizo un niño en primer grado. Literalmente la única compañía de cine que hay en la isla y esta es el app lo cual tienen para la venta de boletos. Fracaso total. Da vergüenza.

Rewards program?

When you go to the movie theaters the box office associates always forget to scan your code to accumulate your points. When you redeem your rewards the application freezes and you are left without your reward redemption and your points have been deducted from your account. By paying within the app via PayPal ahead of time you can avoid the first headache. They need to fix this reward program. In general the app constantly acts up.

Es bueno , me ayuda cuando salen nuevas peliculas

No se puede comprar taquillas

Desde las 12:00am estuve 30 minutos intentando comprar 2 taquillas y no se puede. Te desconecta automáticamente y cuando entras sigue sucediendo lo mismo. Entré hace como 20 minutos y ahora es peor porque cuando vas a escoger asientos sale la pantalla vacía sin asientos para escoger.

NO DEJA PAGAR

Elijo todas mis opciones y siempre me dice SHOWING NOT FOUND y no me permite pagar ni boletos ni comida. En la pagina web no me da problemas
