The application is not opening at all and also they’re using this applications to delay the process and reject the claim.
Totally fraud Company, I had taken the insurance from this company. even-after 4 month of the Treatment they are not reimbursed my claim and asking for unnecessary documents every time, their costumer support executive are making fool and not escalating my issue. Don’t buy any policy from this. Worst Experience
Bajaj Allianz officer says he doesn’t receive the email sent through this app. Waste of time.
Not use app west of time
Worst app. Don’t use this application. If we renew through this app, we won’t get the policy documents. For the past 10 days, I have been requesting the renewal documents, but there has been no reply from the support team.
I am one of the frustrated customer of Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance, Bajajfinserve Health limited . I have raised one claim for lab test which was prescribed by bajaj ti-up doctor. First time claim was rejected by saying doctor degree not available in prescription which was incomplete investigation. Later on i have highlighted the degree on same prescription than thay have re-opened it. Second time thay have rejected by saying this is pre-existing disease. Again I wrote a mail and asked them about pre-existing disease name than again they have re-opened the claim because they didn’t have answer of it. Third time again they have rejected my claim by saying no edited documents shared. Again I wrote a mail and also contacted customer care through call but till date i have not received any response from mail team and customer care team already 4-5 days past. This Bajajfinserve Health limited and Bajaj Allianz Health Insurance is the worst health insurance company in India market. They are doing as they want. Doesn’t matter about customer and documents which is provided by customer. Requesting people not to buy this company insurance plan. They have only fake commitments during sell.
Making a claim process is not very easily defined and laid out. Please improve this
They don’t work properly and they love to cancel claim with some pathetic reasons.
