Had cancelled since waiting time too long & the customer service is bad

I had my battery changed and it works fine until 3 weeks later, my car has no battery. Called and they claim i didnt turn off my light, in fact it was afternoon and i was super sure and even double checked my light was off the whole time, they try to sell me another battery and claim its my fault even without checking. This is unacceptable

Requested battery replacement due to car unable to start. Technician checked my battery life and explained to me nicely. The process all was smooth and fast!! The price was very reasonable for this 5 stars service!

Old car needed a battery replacement, but turns out technician could not help replace to a new battery because the battery terminal had corroded. I was told my family member and even car workshop foreman that the battery technician should have been able to fixed it for me even if terminal had corroded! They should have spare part ready and able to change it with a fee. After I gave my feedback, carput said they are kedai batteri sahaja bukan workshop. 💀

First time use their tow service, I really like them. One thing being good with this is that their price are transparent, and the tow driver is friendly as well.

Nithya was helpful, polite and provided great advice after helping us jumpstart the car. Would recommend Carput as a fast and efficient way for battery replacements or to jumpstart your car!

Dead batter this morning and had an hour window before I have to send my kid to school. First time trying carput app..it was easy to use, smooth and service was efficient. All sorted in around 45mins. Recommended if you have unfortunate car battery issues. Communication with carput team was easy and they are friendly too!

Don’t even worth 1 star. Ordered a car battery through app at 6.24pm, but scheduled my service at 7pm saying KL is currently having heavy rain but actually rain has stopped. After waiting till 730pm, still no news, no eta and I had to cancel the job. Irresponsible, please look for Bateriku (another car battery app which is way more responsive) if you face emergency. Poorest service ever.

I have been using this app and service 3 times over a the years. Every time i use it is because of my cars cannot start due to battery problem. The app is easy to register, navigate and user friendly. The service provided is also EXCELLENT. I never had to wait for a long time. Their agent arrived on time, check my car battery and install a new battery. All happened within 1 hour. Their battery price is also cheaper compared to workshop. Also come with a warranty too. Thank you CARPUT for always there when i needed you guys the most. Keep up the excellent service ✌🏻
