Carrier Air Conditioner

Every-time I open the app it defaults to Centigrade. If I click on “me” I can change it to Fahrenheit, but next time I open the app it will be back to Centigrade. Been broken like this for over 6 months.

As long as it keeps working, I’ll like this app! The design is actually quite good, but it drops out randomly and is onerous to start up again. Sometimes the connection NIST starts working again, but who knows why. If it stops working when I’m not at home, there’s no way to get it working.

I can’t login anymore. Please fix it.

Nice app but have a problem every time i open app must re sign in

The good news for the developers is that it crashes frequently so they can quickly troubleshoot AND FIX IT.

The new version is a lot worse than the already crappy previous one. Not only it's a lot more complicated to use but it crashes every time I use it. Always. And It doesn't remember the previous setting for each device Terrible but at least I can control two devices simultaneously without two remote controls.

Connection stops at 99%. Wont let connect the app. It doesnt work anymore. Please fix it

Un useable app cannot be opened. False advertising that units are wifi capable.

When I try to add a split AC the appliance synch stops at 99% and then nothing happens.

The app is crushing and we can’t use it anymore, please work on it because it’s difficult for me at this time,this is the time I need it most please
