I can’t login anymore. Please fix it.

Nice app but have a problem every time i open app must re sign in

The good news for the developers is that it crashes frequently so they can quickly troubleshoot AND FIX IT.

The new version is a lot worse than the already crappy previous one. Not only it's a lot more complicated to use but it crashes every time I use it. Always. And It doesn't remember the previous setting for each device Terrible but at least I can control two devices simultaneously without two remote controls.

Connection stops at 99%. Wont let connect the app. It doesnt work anymore. Please fix it

Un useable app cannot be opened. False advertising that units are wifi capable.

When I try to add a split AC the appliance synch stops at 99% and then nothing happens.

The app is crushing and we can’t use it anymore, please work on it because it’s difficult for me at this time,this is the time I need it most please

As long as it keeps working, I’ll like this app! The design is actually quite good. The connection did fail for a few days, and since the install procedure is somewhere in a small booklet, so I didn’t get around to reinstalling. Eventually the connection got working again, though.

When will you be able to provide an update for iphone?
