Horrible app, they force you to use this absolutely useless app to move cars for them.

Damages should be dealt with via photo not by marking the fake car, the photo camera in app is TRASH the app is TRASH go on RunBuggy NG the app is amazing!

-You can’t see all your loads on one screen -you cant cancel loads on the app -doesnt work often -cant even take pictures without the app forcing you to adjust your phone. Most counter intuitive app i have ever come across. Has not changed at all in years See the 1Dispatch app for a lesson on how to do it right

Bugs with new IOS 14

Nothing easy using this app especially when you get to the point of inspection. Marking damages with those stupid codes awful. Several different pages you should go through to get to the final point. Stay away from this app!

We need update on dark tone for iPhone

Ok, seriously, what is happening with this app on iOS 13??? My camera shutter button has disappeared, so I can’t check cars in or out, and this is even after the latest update that was supposed to fix this issue (yes I’ve logged out, deleted and reinstalled the app, it doesn’t help). Not to mention vehicle info doesn’t even show up on the screen if you’re running Dark Mode, only shows when You are using Light Mode. Like seriously, how?!?! The app is completely useless to me right now, which makes me unhappy, makes my customers unhappy. Hopefully fixes can be made available soon, otherwise I’ll have to completely stop using Carsarrive.

Ever since the IOS update on iPhone the shutter button on camera doesn’t work in the app. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Need the latch for the app done .. ASAP This is ridiculous

This app itself is not too user friendly, the other problem is after updating to IOS 13 the camera shutter button disappeared and now I am unable to take pictures using the mobile app. Aside from that, sometimes my Photos won’t upload & even when I click “sync all” in the pending section still no photos uploaded. Very unreliable app.. please fix these bugs

It’s clear the developer does not test the app for the new iOS when the beta is out. After updating to iOS 13 the shutter button for the camera disappears making it impossible to take a picture within the app. DEV. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG! Do not update to iOS 13 if you need to use this app until a fix is released.
