CARTA Browser

I love my CARTA 2 but this app gets stuck on the website or the log in page and I have to delete and redownload to be able to view my CARTAs information and everyone’s xp

Might as well be a poor browser. Made me download app for new atomizer but app opens to google.com and won’t let me do anything with the actual app

Once you get onto the website page in the app when you click to register the Carta there’s no way of clicking out of the website page back into the normal app even if I close the app and re open it. I have to un-install the Carta app then install it again and login all over again just to get out of the website page. Why isn’t there a X on the corner of the website page. Honeslty if your gonna publish an app at least use it to see if it works instead of blindly publishing it to the public 👎 everything else works fine

I truly don’t understand why everyone has such an issue using this app it couldn’t be easier or more straightforward. Just make sure you know what you’re doing and there won’t be any problems..

This app needs major re work! Its so slow

Every time i go in the store, I can’t just go back to my carta screen it keeps me in the shop , i need to delete the app

Terrible app, doesn’t even open or connect to my carta 2 anymore. Completely useless, if I had know this sooner I absolutely would’ve bought the comparable peak puffco pro. Terrible company with both terrible hardware and software.

All I want to do is switch my carta from herb to dab and it is the only feature that won’t work I wish I would have bought the v2 because the first model is not worth it

This app gets the job done but there are many bugs sometimes it doesn’t even work. There are multiple aspects that could work better than they do but overall it’s decent and nice being able to have a more immersive interface than what’s on the device itself. Only thing I really use the app for is changing the leds (which is super buggy when picking colors) and temp presets then the occasional start when seshing or feeling lazy. I would give 2.5 stars like I said it’s decent but could definitely be improved with a few updates and maybe an actual app instead of a web browser.

Such a waste of time this is the worst app in the world I’m literally sending back my carta because the apps such trash! I would rather go with a different rig than waste anymore time with this junk so sad cause they used to be decent l
