The app doesn’t work! Can’t login, it shows “something went wrong on our end”. I see it for two weeks already! Developers don’t answer on emails

I would give 4 or 5 stars but the login process is horrible! Using an in app web view for a login is the worst possible login experience there is. Pretty much every app I use and even the app I develop uses a better auth flow so you can save credentials and autofill texted codes. Having to remember my password every time I want to login and only being able to remember my device for 30 days is a joke. If I can can unlock the app with Face ID then I should be able to save my credentials indefinitely. Or at least I should be able to have the option to choose for myself. Even Coinbase, where I can purchase and transfer crypto and my banking app allow me to save my credentials permanently. Get with the times and update your login process please!

The app never loads, the home page just spins. Ive reinstalled, and done just about everything from my side. It’s basically a digital paper weight on my phone.

It was easy to follow & Im a 77 yo female w minimal computer skills.

Just signed up and everything seems to work except the home page. So far, not so good

Makes no sense that iOS puts this app in Productivity bucket of App Library - this is a personal finance app.

app needs improvement for privacy

It’s trash i’ve been waiting three days for them to send me an activation code just so I can activate the account. This app is trash.

The app doesn’t integrate with either Apple or LastPass password manager. Furthermore, it doesn’t let me stay signed in more than 15 days. It’s not worth it to search for my password and then copy/paste my password every time I want to log in so I just go to the website.
