The people are nice and help in every way.

Enrollment settings initially included “Add/Remove Authorized User”. Within 24 hrs of enrollment the “Authorized User” settings disappeared. CANNOT verify who has account access or who is an Authorized User on account. This setting is an industry STANDARD on ALL financial apps and websites! It’s unacceptable the feature has disappeared or has been intentionally restricted from account owner. Even the website no longer has the authorized users settings (which indicates a restricted view).

Consistently locked out of my account, I am probably going to move my money to a new bank. Open the app to log in and when I type my password in I get the message that an error has occurred. Definitely not impressed. There is no point in having a mobile app if it’s not going to work.

This is a good app if you only items to check balances or transfer between Carter accounts. Trying to set up payments to anything external, whether to other banks or use of Zelle, only gets you frustration because the app won’t let you do those things. This is the most inconvenient bank and app for a business. Definitely don’t recommend it.

Bank is behind time. Debit card constantly gets declined for no reason. 800 number help can never solve the problem. On line account access constantly cannot verify user name and or password!!! Unbelievable!!!
