Even one star more enough for the application too much bad and not responses

They wont answer calls i waited 5 10 minutes but they wont respond all i hear is a stupid voice saying their agents are busy i ordered a watch and i cancelled the order after 2 mints and its been a day they wont respond to calls or emails or anything and they didnt refund the money

Ordered something 2 weeks ago, still no update, reached out to customer care 4 times and no one replies. Really really poor - big avoid!

I recently ordered a glorious model O mouse. And after a week of waiting I received no updates even after numerous attempts to contact them

Not professional at all

I bought a used mobile considered as top quality but received a mobile that was totally changed by fake screen fake outside and the screen was moving when pressing but the return process is very hard I needed to email many times without a reply and needed to call about five times untill they send someone to collect which took about a 25 days and they collect the item from five days but until now no refund even in the application it even didn’t show that they received it at their warehouse

DO NOT BUT ANY ITEM FROM “RLS-Cartlow-DCC” THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO ACCEPT ORDERS!! I ORDERED IPHONE LAST APRIL 18,2024 I SHOULD RECEIVE IT BY APRIL 23,2024 BECAUSE ITS SAYS IN THE APP THAT 3 to 5 WORKING DAYS AND NOW ITS APRIL 24,2024 MY ORDER IS STILL PENDING!!

I order a watch and paid with card . they are saying like delivered within 3 -5 working days but even after 2weeks i didn't get my order and after cancellation of order I'm not getting my refund very bad customer service and no response from the company so please I suggest you to don't buy any kind of things from this app be aware

It’s been a year that my return items were not yet refunded.

I bought a item it deliver fast but not good condition And not for my country support its foreign Ask for return process they hold me a long time so I understand that not gonna possible to return.
